服务条款
本条款适用于你使用 M3B2B 平台（下称「我们」或「平台」），包括官网 m3b2b.com 和会员端 app.m3b2b.com。你用钱包签名登录或开户，即表示你已阅读并同意本条款。
1. 资格
- 你必须年满 18 岁，并具有完全民事行为能力。
- 你有责任确认在你所在的国家或地区使用本平台是合法的。当地法律禁止的，请不要使用。
- 你不能是受制裁的个人或实体，也不能代表他们使用本平台。
2. 钱包与安全
- 平台不保管你的私钥或助记词，你的钱包由你自己负责。钱包丢失或被盗导致的损失，我们无法追回。
- 登录只需要签一段文字（Sign in to M3B2B. No gas fee.），这不是交易，不花 gas。
- 我们永远不会问你的助记词或私钥，也不会要你签代币授权（approve / permit）。
- 官方网址只有 m3b2b.com 和 app.m3b2b.com。
3. 开户与付款
- 开户需要通过平台的开户合约在 BNB Smart Chain 上付款。付款金额在你签名前会清楚显示。
- 链上交易一经确认就无法撤回。请在签名前核对金额和收款合约地址。
- 如果出现重复付款等异常，我们会按链上记录核实，并按核实结果处理。
- 链上网络费用（gas）由发起交易的一方承担。
4. 奖金规则与结算
- 奖金按平台公开的制度规则计算（见 制度说明），以会员端显示的明细为准。
- 每天 00:00（GMT+8）结算；余额达到门槛后，当天 12:00（GMT+8）起自动打款到你绑定的钱包。门槛、封顶和出金手续费以会员端和制度说明公布的标准为准。
- 奖金取决于整个网络的实际开户情况，平台不承诺任何收益。
- 我们可能因安全、法律或运营需要调整制度规则；调整会提前在会员端或官方渠道公告，不会追溯改变已经结算的金额。
5. M3 奖励积分
开户可获得的 M3 奖励积分由 M3 平台发放，适用 M3 平台的规则。积分只能兑换 M3 商家权益，不能兑换 BNB。
6. 禁止的行为
- 对他人作出收益承诺或误导性宣传，或冒充平台官方。
- 利用程序漏洞、自动化手段或其他不正当方式获取奖金。
- 洗钱、诈骗、规避制裁或任何违法活动。
- 干扰或攻击平台、合约或其他会员。
7. 暂停与冻结
如果发现欺诈、安全风险、违反本条款或法律要求，我们可以暂停或冻结相关账户的登录和出金，并在核实后处理。已经上链的交易不受影响。
8. 风险提示
- 加密资产价格波动很大，你可能损失投入的全部资金。
- 智能合约、区块链网络和第三方服务（例如钱包、节点、Aave）都可能出现故障或漏洞。
- 各地对加密资产的监管可能改变，并影响平台的运作。
9. 免责与责任限制
平台按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接损失、利润损失，或因区块链网络、第三方服务、你的钱包安全问题造成的损失负责。
10. 条款修改
我们可能更新本条款，更新后会在本页标明新的生效日期。你在更新后继续使用平台，即表示接受新条款。
11. 适用法律
本条款适用塞浦路斯共和国法律。
12. 联系我们
本条款同时提供中英文版本；两者如有不一致，以英文版本为准。
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the M3B2B platform ("we", "us" or the "Platform"), including the official site m3b2b.com and the member app app.m3b2b.com. By signing in with your wallet or opening an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
- You are responsible for making sure that using the Platform is lawful where you live. Do not use it where local law prohibits it.
- You must not be, or act on behalf of, a sanctioned person or entity.
2. Wallets and security
- We never hold your private keys or seed phrase. You are responsible for your wallet; we cannot recover losses caused by a lost or compromised wallet.
- Signing in only requires signing a plain-text message ("Sign in to M3B2B. No gas fee."). It is not a transaction and costs no gas.
- We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and never ask you to sign a token approval (approve / permit).
- The only official addresses are m3b2b.com and app.m3b2b.com.
3. Account opening and payments
- Opening an account requires a payment on BNB Smart Chain through the Platform's account-opening contract. The amount is shown clearly before you sign.
- Confirmed on-chain transactions cannot be reversed. Check the amount and the contract address before signing.
- If something goes wrong, such as a duplicate payment, we will verify it against on-chain records and handle it according to the result.
- Network fees (gas) are paid by whoever sends the transaction.
4. Rewards and settlement
- Rewards are calculated under the published rules (see the rewards plan). The itemised records in the member app are authoritative.
- Settlement runs daily at 00:00 (GMT+8). Once your balance reaches the threshold, it is paid automatically to your wallet from 12:00 (GMT+8). Thresholds, caps and withdrawal fees are as published in the member app and the rewards plan.
- Rewards depend on actual activity across the network. The Platform does not promise any return.
- We may change the rules for security, legal or operational reasons. Changes are announced in advance in the member app or official channels and do not retroactively change amounts already settled.
5. M3 reward points
M3 reward points are issued by the M3 platform and are subject to M3's rules. Points can only be redeemed for M3 merchant benefits and cannot be exchanged for BNB.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Promising returns to others, misleading promotion, or impersonating the Platform.
- Obtaining rewards through bugs, automation or other improper means.
- Money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful activity.
- Interfering with or attacking the Platform, its contracts or other members.
7. Suspension
If we detect fraud, a security risk, a breach of these Terms, or are required by law, we may suspend sign-in and payouts for the affected account and handle the matter after review. Transactions already on-chain are not affected.
8. Risks
- Crypto-asset prices are highly volatile and you may lose all the funds you put in.
- Smart contracts, blockchain networks and third-party services (such as wallets, RPC nodes and Aave) may fail or contain vulnerabilities.
- Regulation of crypto-assets may change in any jurisdiction and affect how the Platform operates.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party services or the security of your wallet.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will show the new effective date on this page. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

These Terms are available in English and Chinese. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
