隐私政策
本政策说明 M3B2B 平台（下称「我们」）在 m3b2b.com 和 app.m3b2b.com 收集哪些资料、怎么用、交给谁。
1. 我们收集的资料

我们不会收集你的私钥、助记词、身份证件或银行资料。
2. 区块链上的资料是公开的
你在 BNB Smart Chain 上的交易（包括开户、还款、出金）会永久公开在链上，任何人都能查到。这些资料不在我们的控制范围内，我们也无法删除。
3. Cookie 和本地存储
我们只用必要的 Cookie：登录状态、语言、是否已看过新手引导、付款进行中的状态。官网会在你的浏览器里记住语言选择。我们不用广告追踪 Cookie。
4. 我们交给谁
我们不出售你的资料。只有以下情况会交出：
- 服务供应商，只为运行平台所需：Vercel（网站托管）、Neon（数据库）、Cloudflare（域名与网络）、Resend（发邮件）、Telegram（你开启时发通知）。
- M3 平台：你主动绑定 M3 账户后，为了发放 M3 奖励积分，会交换必要的账户资料。
- 法律要求：按法律、法院或监管机构的合法要求。
5. 保存多久
账户、结算和出金记录要用于对账和满足法律要求，会长期保存。通知用的邮箱和 Telegram 资料，你断开或取消后就不再使用。
6. 你的权利
你可以联系我们查询、更正你的资料，或要求删除不需要保留的资料。链上资料和我们依法必须保留的记录无法删除。如果你在欧盟，你也有权向所在地的数据保护机构投诉。
7. 安全
资料通过加密连接传输。数据库按用途分开权限，涉及资金的操作需要多人审批。
8. 未成年人
本平台只供年满 18 岁的人使用，我们不会刻意收集未成年人的资料。
9. 政策修改
我们可能更新本政策，更新后会在本页标明新的生效日期。
10. 联系我们
本政策同时提供中英文版本；两者如有不一致，以英文版本为准。
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the M3B2B platform ("we" or "us") collects on m3b2b.com and app.m3b2b.com, how we use it and who we share it with.
1. Information we collect

We never collect your private keys, seed phrase, identity documents or bank details.
2. Blockchain data is public
Your transactions on BNB Smart Chain (including account opening, repayments and payouts) are permanently public on-chain and visible to anyone. We do not control this data and cannot delete it.
3. Cookies and local storage
We only use essential cookies: sign-in session, language, whether you have seen the onboarding guide, and the state of a payment in progress. The official site remembers your language choice in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it:
- With service providers, only as needed to run the Platform: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (domain and network), Resend (email delivery) and Telegram (notifications, if you turn them on).
- With the M3 platform, after you choose to link your M3 account, to the extent needed to issue M3 reward points.
- When required by law, in response to a lawful request from a court, regulator or other authority.
5. How long we keep it
Account, settlement and payout records are kept long-term for reconciliation and legal requirements. Email and Telegram details used for notifications are no longer used once you disconnect or opt out.
6. Your rights
You can contact us to access or correct your information, or to ask us to delete information we do not need to keep. On-chain data and records we must keep by law cannot be deleted. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections. Database access is separated by role, and any operation involving funds requires approval by more than one person.
8. Children
The Platform is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will show the new effective date on this page.
10. Contact
This policy is available in English and Chinese. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
